text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">在财产权益保护方面，学校应当保护学生的财产权利，不得采用毁坏财物的方式，对学生进行教育管理。因管理需要暂扣学生物品的，应当在影响消除后返还学生或者其家长，暂扣时间超过一个月的，应当告知家长。暂扣时间最长不得超过一个学期。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;" data-gid="3476136">练习册</span>等教辅材料，不得诱导、组织或者要求学生登录特定经营性网站，参与视频直播、网络购物等活动等。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; color: #222222; font-family: -apple-system, helvetica, sans-serif; margin-bottom: 20px; color: #222222; font-family: -apple-system, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 17px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">意见稿还就特别保护提出八条相关规定，包括预防欺凌教育、预防机制、欺凌制止、欺凌关注、欺凌处置、防治性侵、入职查询等。要求学校落实法律规定建立学生欺凌防控、预防性侵害、性骚扰等工作制度，建立对学生欺凌、性侵害、性骚扰行为的零容忍处理机制。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px;
