box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">在许多人眼里，九江是江南水乡，水资源十分丰富，不会存在缺水问题。事实上，我市水资源也只是相对丰富，我们身边的水环境正在悄然发生变化：由于节水减排意识不强等各种因素影响，我们身边湖泊水源的水质在下降，已呈轻度富营养化；再者由于降水时空分布不均，水资源开发利用程度低，工程性缺水普遍存在，水质性、季节性缺水日益显现，甚至一些地方水资源严重不足。由于近些年极端气候频繁出现，全市连续出现比较严重的旱情，2011年的春夏连旱更是历史罕见，给农业生产和群众生活造成了极大困难。为了保护水资源，提高用水效率，争创节水型社会，让我们用自己的实际行动，在日常生活中从点滴做起，树立良好的节水意识，养成良好的用水习惯。在此，市水利局特向全市人民发出倡议：</span></section><section style="margin: 0px;
